Right to cancel or refund
Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive the goods to notify Anchorpumps that they wish to cancel or return an unused item, once Anchorpumps have been notified the customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost.
Anchorpumps must refund the customer within 14 days of it receiving the goods.
All items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging. All items must not be used or have been installed otherwise a refund will be refused.
If the goods are damaged or faulty please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receipt on 0800 112 3134 who will process the claim for you and supply you with a replacement where possible.
Please do not fit or attempt to fit any products which are damaged - contact our Customer Service Team immediately.
In order to process a return you must return the goods along with a copy of your original despatch note or invoice, and a short note explaining the reason for return.
Please note returns will not be processed without a despatch/delivery or invoice number
If returning an item due to a fault, some manufacturers will require the pump to be sent directly to them to determine if the fault was caused by a manufacturing defect or incorrect installation*. If the item's fault was caused by an installation fault. A refund will not be offered. If the fault was a manufacturing fault, a full refund or replacement will be provided. A full pump report will be provided upon request.
*Please note that ALL Domestic Sanitary Macerators must not be returned to Anchor pumps due to the nature of the product. These will not be accepted for delivery and will be sent back to sender. If a macerator is faulty please call our customer service team on 0800 112 3134 before uninstalling for futher instructions

PLEASE NOTE: Hose purchased as Cut Per Metre (CPM) cannot be returned for refund. Full lengths and coils may be returned, if uncut.
