GWS Challenger 200L Vertical Pressure Vessel
Efficient and cost effective, Challenger tanks are designed with a patented controlled action CAD-2 diaphragm assembly. It features a chlorine resistant 100% butyl diaphragm with a precision molded copolymer polypropylene liner for superior air and water separation. The CAD-2 diaphragm assembly is clenched together with a positive lock internal clench ring which contains drawdown water in a pre-charged air atmosphere, thus providing separation between the diaphragm and tank wall. This "air buffer" design means few problems with condensation. Constructed with an FDA approved high grade butyl, the diaphragm assembly seals water in a true non-corrosive chamber.
On the exterior, the almond coloured two part polyurethane paint finish over an epoxy undercoating provides hundreds of hours of UV and salt spray protection.
The air chamber is sealed with a fixed o'ring and closed cell foam and will provide many years of leak free and service free life. Challenger tanks are quality tested at several stages on the production line to ensure the structural integrity of every tank.

We offer free standard delivery to any UK address on a 3-5 working day delivery time on all orders over the value of £45 + vat. This is not weight restricted
Next day delivery is charged at £12.50 + vat for items under 35kgs. Orders need to be placed before 5pm Mon-Thurs or 4:30 on Friday for guaranteed Next Day Delivery.
Next day delivery is not available for UK Highlands and Islands. Please click the following link to view postcodes/areas that don't qualify for next day delivery.
Due to some product specifications, there may be a lead time of up to 4 weeks. This is only on a small number of products and you will be contacted upon purchase and entitled to a full refund if required.

Unused, unaltered items may be returned at the buyers expense for credit upon Anchor Pumps prior written consent and upon the terms specified by Anchor Pumps.
