Hydro Solo-E CRIE 5-5
The pumpset can be connected to any standard Water Byelaw approved cold water storage tank having an AB Air Gap of adequate capacity to suit the water consumption of the installation.
The pump motor control panel indicates operation and fault conditions, and allows simple adjustment of the discharge pressure from 0.5bar to a maximum of 4.5 bar.
The pumpset is intended to supply boosted cold water from a water storage tank to a pressurised hot and cold water system at a constant outlet pressure.
Grundfos Hydro Solo-E booster set is a combined unit consisting of one Variable speed driven pump (CRE) fitted with:
isolating valve, non-return valve, inlet and discharge pipe, Discharge pressure transmitter, pressure gauge, diaphragm tank, inlet pressure transmitter, Base frame with vibration dampers and Main power switch.
The Booster system is factory configured and tested ready for constant pressure operation.

The pump is fitted with an IEC-flanged three-phase MGE motor with frequency converter and PI-controller integrated in the motor terminal box. No additional motor protection is required as both motor and electronics are protected by integrated overload and temperature protection.
A Graphical display and control panel enables easy monitoring of system performance and setting of control parameters.

Communication with the pump is possible by means of the Grundfos GO Remote (accessory). The remote control enables further settings as well as reading out of a number of parameters such as "Actual value", "Speed", "Power input" and total "Power consumption".
The terminal box has a number of inputs and outputs enabling the motor to be used in advanced applications where many inputs and outputs are required:
